Couch to 5k Wexford

Are you from Wexford Town and would you like to start running, but don’t know how to go about it, or are too self conscious to go out alone?? Our couch to 5K program is your answer. Our 8 week program is designed for complete beginners to running a full 5k! Over the 8 weeks you will commit to meeting twice a week and ideally doing 1 extra session yourself also. When you sign up, you receive a handy drawstring bag, a buff. On completion of the 8 weeks, we will run the full 5k as a group and you will be presented with a certificate and a medal!  Please check out our facebook page for further dates and details.
